After-sales Service Commitment I. Installation and Debugging Assist with the installation of the testing machine and be responsible for its transportation and debugging. II. Acceptance Criteria The testing machine shall be accepted in accordance with the technical appendices of the order. The final acceptance shall be carried out at the buyer's site. Tests shall be conducted on the samples provided by the user, and a test report shall be provided. III. Training While our company is installing and debugging the equipment, we will provide one-time free training for 2 to 3 operators on the spot of the instrument operation. These operators should be long-term and stable employees selected by the demander. After the training, they should be able to understand and apply the basic principles of the equipment, the use of the software, operation, and maintenance matters, so that they can operate the equipment independently to detect and analyze samples, and at the same time, be able to carry out basic maintenance. IV. Software Upgrade Provide new versions of the control software free of charge for life. V. Warranty 1. The equipment is under warranty for one year, and lifelong service is provided. For parts and components that are damaged due to non-human factors within one year, they will be replaced free of charge. After receiving the user's invitation during the warranty period, the latest response time shall be within 2 hours. After confirming the fault with the user, if necessary, our company will try its best to dispatch an engineer to the site for free service within 72 hours, find out the location and cause of the fault as soon as possible, and report the cause of the fault and the troubleshooting method to the user in a timely manner. 2. For parts and components that are damaged due to human factors during the warranty period, they will be replaced at the purchase (processing) price. 3. After the warranty period, continue to provide users with high-quality technical services. Dispatch an engineer to the user's site for maintenance within 3 days after receiving the user's maintenance invitation. And users will enjoy the preferential treatment of purchasing spare parts. 4. Damage caused by sensor overload and overvoltage of the whole machine circuit is not covered by the warranty. VI. After-sales Management Our company implements computerized management and a regular telephone return visit system for customers. We will regularly review the working condition of the equipment, provide regular telephone guidance to users on equipment maintenance and detection, so as to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, and track the use of the equipment by customers to facilitate timely maintenance of the equipment.
